We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging intact.

Our Sustainability Commitment

For home textile and clothing products, returned items that meet hygiene and safety standards will not be resold. Instead, these items will be donated to charitable organizations whenever possible.

This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste and allows your return to make a positive impact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
