Processing Time

Standard Products
Orders for regular products are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Customized & Large Items
Customized products such as custom curtains and shades, as well as extra-large items including mattresses and compressed sofas, require additional preparation time. These items typically take 14–18 business days to process before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order, including:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • FedEx

These carriers are used for normal (non-customized) products to provide efficient and dependable shipping service.

Important Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping timelines begin after processing is completed.

  • Customized and large items may ship separately from standard items in the same order.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
